CHICAGO Announces Performance at NJPAC This November

(NEWARK, NJ) -- The multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning band Chicago will perform at NJPAC on November 7, 2013. With an unforgettable collection hits that include "Feelin' Stronger Every Day," "25 Or 6 To 4," "Saturday In The Park," "If You Leave Me Now," "Just You 'n' Me," "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is," and "You're the Inspiration," Chicago is the first American rock band to chart Top 40 albums in five consecutive decades. They are known for delivering a powerful live performance with contagious onstage energy, great lead vocals and harmonies, signature horn sound, and superb all around musicianship.

Lifetime achievements for the band include a Grammy Award, multiple American Music Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a Chicago street dedicated in their honor, record sales over 100 million, including 21 Top 10 singles, 5 consecutive No.1 albums, and 47 gold and platinum awards. In Billboard Magazine's list of Top 100 artists of all time, Chicago came in at #13, the highest charting American band.

In March of 2013, Chicago's multi-platinum two-disc bestseller, The Very Best Of Chicago, Only The Beginning charted at No.1 on two Billboard charts: the Catalog Chart, and the Digital Catalog chart.

The 2013 touring line-up includes original band members Robert Lamm on keyboards, vocals, Lee Loughnane on trumpet, James Pankow on trombone and Walt Parazaider on woodwinds, as well as Jason Scheff on bass, vocals, Tris Imboden on drums, Keith Howland on guitar, Lou Pardini on keyboards, vocals and Wally Reyes on percussion.
