ALT-COUNTRY ROCK 'N' ROLLER ELSA CROSS TO MAKE ASBURY PARK DEBUT

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Austin, TX alt-country rock 'n' roller Elsa Cross will make her Asbury Park debut at the Saint, Monday, August 12th at 9:00pm as part of her summer tour. A rare voice that can fill a theater of eager Merle Haggard fans as easily as it can tear down the walls of a dive bar, Elsa's is a pure, authentic one perfectly suited to deliver her dark, haunting songs rooted in the traditions of American music.
With close to 150 shows played in the last year and backed by a contumacious band that walks the line between punk, rockabilly, and country noir, Elsa captivates with her ability to unveil, through word and sound, the luridness of the human psychethe demons, ghosts, and zombies that haunt us all.
