SIMGE KEEPS LABOR DAY WEEKEND ROCKING THIS YEAR

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Labor Day Weekend is typically jam packed with great shows and family/friend outings throughout the weekend but since most of the world has Monday, Speak Into My Good Eye (SIMGE) wants to help you keep the celebration going this year. The online music site is hosting a tremendous night of music at Asbury Lanes on September 2nd featuring The So So Glos, Diarrhea Planet, Ba Babes, and the final performance of Elevator Art. That's right, the band that was one of the most exciting to come from the Jersey Shore in years will be disbanding after this performance. Just one of many reasons this show is a must attend.

"As we move towards the latter half of summer, it's time to start thinking about how best to spend Labor Day Weekend 2013," said Chris Rotolo of SIMGE. "Sure Friday, Saturday, and Sunday get plenty of deserved attention, but what about Labor Day itself? After the BBQs and fireworks nobody ever seems to have anything fun to do come Monday. Well allow us to fill that particular void."

The So So Glos from Brooklyn and Diarrhea Planet from Nashvill headline the bill. Admission is $10; doors open at 6pm with music scheduled to begin at 7pm.
